Sculptra is different from other dermal fillers in that it is not a gel or other substance that is injected to erase a specific wrinkle or fold. Sculptra works entirely by stimulating the body to create its own new collagen. This creates a more gradual and very natural increase in facial volume which is why it is so popular among celebrities.
