Omnilux™ was developed after 12 years of extensive medical research. Omnilux is a new technology based on narrowband medical grade powered Light Emitting Diodes (LED's). For the treatment of a wide range of dermatological conditions including, acne, photodamage, non-melanoma skin cancers, skin rejuvenation, vitiligo and wound healing post elective surgery. LED. light is delivered in pure, optimized, continuous narrowband light via a matrix of LED's carefully positioned to deliver light gently, safely and effectively to the treatment area.

We often utilize the RED LED to minimize and prevent bruising, swelling or redness that may be associated with post laser or aesthetic injectable procedures. A quick 10-20 minute, completely soothing LED treatments can easily diminish or prevent what we refer to as "Lasacea" (redness post laser) as well as, induce healing and often improve speed of healing by 50% or more.
Our BLUE LED is our "Gold Standard" treatment of choice to "clean the canvas" and quickly target and treat pre-cancerous lesions even before they arise. Utilizing a topical medication such as; Levulan we can photo sensitize pre-cancerous cells and expertly, dermatologically treat and remove them before we perform laser treatments over them.

The Omnilux blue is a continuous Blue Light wavelength (417nm) utilizing state-of-the-art gentle LED technology.
Our Omnilux also has brand new state-of-the-art gentle LED technology because Red light (633nm) penetrates deeper than blue and has an anti-inflamatory benefit vs. blue (and at this juncture clinically, no one is sure why). But it works great!
Blue light alone will only help with inflammatory acne, if used alone. Pulsed Dye Laser light (which pulses vs. continuous stream of light delivery can have it's benefits for certain conditions and) is shown clinically in numerous studies to be the Gold Standard best for vascular. IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), may be ideal for simple photo-rejuvenation such as; Pigment, reds, superficial photodamage.
